Alexander Creative ("we," "our") operates a private, single-user personal

assistant application ("the App") used solely by the business owner, Alexander

Goeke, to help manage his own business communications and schedule. This policy

explains how the App handles data accessed through Google APIs.

Who uses this App

The App is not a public product. It is used exclusively by the owner of Alexander

Creative to access his own Google accounts. It is not offered to, marketed to, or

made available to other users.

What data the App accesses

With the owner's explicit consent, the App accesses the owner's own Google data:

- Gmail — read access to messages and threads, and the ability to create

drafts. The App does not send email automatically; drafts are always

reviewed and sent by the owner.

- Google Calendar — read and write access to the owner's calendars, used to

read appointments and create events.

The App accesses only the owner's own accounts. It does not access, collect, or

process data belonging to any other person.

How the data is used

Data is used only to provide the owner with a personal assistant: reading and

summarizing his own email and calendar, surfacing what needs attention, and

preparing drafts for his review. Data is not used for advertising, profiling, or

any purpose beyond assisting the owner with his own information.

How the data is stored and protected

OAuth access tokens are stored securely on the owner's own computer and private

server. No message content, calendar data, or credentials are shared with, sold

to, or transferred to any third party. Access is limited to the owner.

Google API Services Limited Use disclosure

The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the

including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through Google APIs is used

only to provide the owner with the personal-assistant features described above; it

is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide those features, in

compliance with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; it is not

used for advertising; and no humans read the data except the owner.

Data retention and deletion

The owner can revoke the App's access at any time from his Google Account

security settings (Third-party apps & services). Revoking access invalidates the

stored tokens; any locally cached data can be deleted by the owner at will.
